Purchasing procedure

If you have joined OneFile in the last 12 months, please either:

Call us on 0161 638 3876 if you are in the UK or +44 (0) 161 638 7836 if you are outside the UK and select the option for the Sales team. You can email us directly at [email protected] or complete the form on our website http://www.onefile.co.uk/contact-us and select the Sales team option.

If you have been with OneFile longer than 12 months and wish to purchase additional seats, please contact your customer success manager via email.

In either case, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Company name
  • The number of additional user seats you would like to purchase
  • Your purchase order information

and if applicable:

  • A copy of a quotation if have received one
  • The details of the additional person that needs contacting after the seats have been applied
