Gavin Deane is the Founder and Chief Executive of Educationwise Academy, a national apprenticeship provider specialising in Sport, Rail and Business. Recently they have been rated OUTSTANDING in all areas by Ofsted following their first full inspection, just 12 months after having their first apprentice succeed at end-point-assessment.
At our recent OneFile User Conference, we caught up with Gavin who discussed Educationwise Academies positive experience with OneFile over their three and a half years as a loyal customer. Gavin highlighted OneFile's significance as an integral tool for evidence gathering and sharing best practices. The main takeaway from the conference for Gavin, was the value of openness and honesty in sharing best practices while collaborating with other organizations to build an ecosystem and a community for best practice. Gavin recommends OneFile as a top choice for recording evidence, considering OneFile as a comfort blanket and a recognised tool by Ofsted inspectors. In one word, he describes OneFile as "security."
