How providers used Onefile to maintain delivery through lockdowns

COVID lockdowns forced many providers to pivot to remote delivery - often much faster than they'd ever planned! But that speed of change also enabled a rapid modernisation of apprenticeship delivery.

Onefile helped to protect the welfare of learners. During lockdown, 90% of providers also used Onefile to increase support or perform extra safeguarding checks. Teams got creative in how they supported learners during this time - from creating mental health awareness courses to posting inspirational quotes.

Lisa Parish from West Suffolk College explained how they'd thought 'outside the box 'to support learners:

"We used Onefile's announcements feature to communicate about the wellbeing sessions we ran. We also sent messages from our vice principal, who was keen to encourage learners, and say well done for their engagement and progress during lockdown," she said.

Onefile was designed to support remote learning. It has loads of built-in features to help you complete the apprenticeship journey 100% remotely - from pre-enrolment to gateway

"Thank goodness for Onefile. They've enabled us to keep working with our apprentices in this uncertain time."  Uxbridge College
