We are looking for an awesome Marketing Executive with experience in copywriting and product marketing to support us in an exciting period of growth.

This role will report into the Head of Marketing.

About the role:

As a marketing executive at OneFile, you will work across a wide range of projects and campaigns, with a big focus on driving revenue for our sales teams. We’ve recently launched two new products, so experience in either b2b marketing or at a technology/SaaS software business will be a real benefit.

You’ll be a great writer who can create engaging email campaigns, write interesting content for our informative and popular EdTech blog, and you’ll be able to understand what success looks like in terms of numbers. As the world opens back up, we’re going to be attending live events and conferences, you’ll need to be a good organiser to help manage the logistics of these events, and also comfortable to attend in person, and engage our audience in conversation to drive leads.

We use a range of software to support the team, we’ll need you to be proficient in Hubspot (or Pardot/similar) so that you can hit the ground running with using this CRM to convert leads and automate marketing processes.

As Marketing Executive at OneFile, you will:

• Support marketing campaigns to generate sales leads and acquire new customers.
• Develop digital and social marketing operations.
• Be experienced using marketing software.
• Analyse performance data and report to stakeholders.
• Research and implement the latest trends in digital and social marketing.
• Support OneFile in the organisation and attendance of events.
• Support sales and CSM teams with projects to drive revenue.
• Support the People team with internal staff communication.
• Work with Product and Tech teams to drive interest in OneFile’s products and services.
• Support the development of product marketing leadership.
• Manage marketing materials and assets to ensure they are up to date and on-brand.
• Ensure content is well-written, accurate and error-free.

Your knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge and experience with all digital marketing practices.
• Great communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate data and reports to drive change.
• Ability to work and efficiently across a range of tasks/projects at the same time.
• Able to work independently.
• Commercially aware with the ability to think of lead generating ideas.
• Technology savvy.
• Able to write using persuasive language for a range of audiences with good written English and editing/proofreading skills
• Some knowledge of PR and advertising processes will be beneficial.
