Chris Woods

Chris Woods is the Customer Operations Director at OneFile, with over 10 years' experience supporting hundreds of customers achieve goals in his role as Customer Success Manager. More recently building out a successful Customer Operations team that provides support across the entire company ensuring our customer data is accurate and contracts are fulfilled, and the sales teams have everything they need.

Chris has been able to put the knowledge and skills developed over a decade at OneFile in a variety of different roles to good use. His strengths have allowed him to fully understand the company, industry, and customer journey to turn data into reality through the work undertaken to turn our CRM Salesforce into a source of truth that is widely used throughout the organisation.

When he’s not developing Salesforce and supporting our internal teams, Chris is an avid Camper and loves spending time in the great outdoors… he could also be the Manc version of Peter Kay.
