“We were re-writing our technical log book portfolio for our engineering trainees and wanted to use an alternative format to the current paper-based version, which would allow a better governance process for signing off evidence, reviewing performance and progress and identifying and supporting the learners with gap analysis.”

“National Grid already used the system to host their apprenticeship NVQ qualification, so building on our existing relationship with OneFile seemed a logical solution. What I liked about the OneFile solution was that it was easy to use; the portfolio was able to be exported after learners completed the scheme and it allowed both the Academy and the business to easily track learner progress, fostering a good development discussion with learners."
